Art

First on this page is some promotional and conceptual artwork for The Longest Survivor. The image above is a conceptual piece showing Mithabel the Elf Tank and her player, Megan Wright. The pose for Mithabel was used in the cover art.

This next image is conceptual art showing Megan Wright in the real world before all the craziness began, wearing her favorite jumpsuit. This picture might have been taken when Megan was going to meet Debra Jones for coffee, after they both quit their jobs.

Next is another conceptual image of Megan Wright, riding a motorcycle solo. This scene doesn’t quite happen in the novel, but she has ridden a bike solo before, and has done so without a helmet. She wouldn’t recommend anyone else do that, of course. But she is a risk taker, if nothing else.

More conceptual art, this of Mithabel and Megan occupying a room that they both are in at some point in the story, though not together in the way this image shows them. Also, in the story, the window is higher than this, and over the head of a bed.

And now for an actual scene from the book. At its full size, this image is 1920×1080, suitable as computer desktop wallpaper if you like. Click the image to get the full size version.
